{"id":764,"date":"2010-02-25T22:35:11","date_gmt":"2010-02-25T20:35:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/taf.gozzled.com\/?p=764"},"modified":"2011-06-15T20:59:34","modified_gmt":"2011-06-15T18:59:34","slug":"saving-the-playfield-part-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/taf.gozzled.com\/?p=764","title":{"rendered":"Saving the playfield &#8211; part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not wanting to damage my touch-ups and decal, I gingerly sanded down the playfield with 2000 grit sandpaper (dry).\u00a0 I then cleaned the playfield thoroughly firstly using a small vacuum cleaner to remove the dust; then a damp cloth to remove any other dust and finally a tack cloth. I applied two coats of 1K clear-coat\u00a0 from a new spray can &#8211; each coat consisting of one horizontal and one vertical layer criss-crossed &#8211; moving the spray head much slower than for the first coat.
