In fact the playing is distracting me from the restoration!<\/p>\n<p>Left to do are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finish Apron (TAF logo)<\/li>\n<li>Clean legs<\/li>\n<li>Put on leg protectors<\/li>\n<li>Touch up cabinet<\/li>\n<li>Swap CPU (I&#8217;ve still got the replacement in the machine)<\/li>\n<li>Build in the magnet saver.<\/li>\n<li>Clean all the PCBs in the backbox<\/li>\n<li>Clean lock bar and renew beer-spill spongue<\/li>\n<li>Build external battery holder onto CPU board<\/li>\n<li>Make microswitch covers<\/li>\n<li>Try out Gold Caps (battery replacement)<\/li>\n<li>Try out battery backed SRAM (to get rid of battery solution)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As I mentioned in a previous post, I still haven&#8217;t finished with my TAF restoration &#8211; although it is playable.
